15 New List Templates


You want to feel like a million bucks. You want to be able to wear that black dress everyone thinks look hideous and be able to pull it of. You want to be able to voice your opinions and not let what other people think affect you. You need self esteem building exercises.

You can start by making a list of stuff you are good at. It can be anything from cracking jokes to weaving interesting stories to singing. If you have a problem making a list, you can always consult the people around you, those who are closest to you and are most supportive.

They will be able to tell you what you are good at and where your talent lies. Also, it is important that you give yourself compliments each day. ‘I’m amazing’ sometime doesn’t seem enough. Try being more specific, ‘I’m amazing because I did not let his insult affect me at all.’ Before bed, list three things in your day that made you happy.

Remember that your body is your own, and accept it no matter what shape, size or color it is. You are a unique individual and by the end of the day, there is only one you in this world. There are things that you and I can’t change, so learn to love them for what they are. If ever you hear negative comments in your head, take control over your mind and tell yourself to stop.
